Shipping Policy

At Bella Bébé, we aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours of your order being submitted. We offer standard shipping options within the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Return & Refund

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If a baby product you have ordered is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. Any shipments outside of the United Kingdom are not available at this time.

 

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 48 hours of the date of your order.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the baby products you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Return and Exchange Conditions

 

You have 14 days  since the date of purchase to return an item. Please make sure that your return is well packed (we recommend using the original packaging), and meets the following conditions:

 

  • The baby product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The baby product must be in the original packaging.

  • The baby product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. Non-refundable Items

 

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to health and safety considerations. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised baby products

  • Perishable goods such as baby food

  • Hygiene sensitive items like baby bottles, pacifiers, etc.

 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned baby product. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your baby product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely. Your personal and financial information is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties.
